AlphaSoft complies with global regulations on KYC policies. All submitted documentation to AlphaSoft will be treated as private and confidential. By verifying your account, you are helping us fulfill our compliance obligations such as Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) and ensuring the integrity and security of your account. AlphaSoft treats your information with great care according to the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR)- privacy and security law within Europe.
The information you provide to us according to the disclosure of information is
provided during the registration process and in the privacy policy.

Required Documents: 
In order to verify your account, you are required to provide us with the following documents:

• Proof Of Identity – Identity Card or Driving liscence (Both Front& Back Side)/ Passport.
• Proof Of Address – Utility Bill/ Bank or Card statement/ Rental Agreement- Make sure it contains your full name and full address (Dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof Of Presence – A selfie holding the provided ID.

In case deposit was made by Debit or Credit card, a copy of the card must also be submitted:

• Proof Of Payment – Color copy of credit/debit card used for deposit (Both Front& Back), showing card holder’s name, expiry date, first 4 digits& last 4 digits, all other numbers must be covered.

Notes:
Please note that the documents will be accepted only as an actual picture and will not be accepted as scanned files.
Please make sure that all four corners are visible and the pictures are neither blurry nor cropped.

* First time deposits will be pending and will be reflected in your trading account once the verification has completed.
* Profits and or Withdraws can only be withdrawn once client has completed KYC requirements by AlphaSoft.
